Merry Christmas!
Some of you will be excited and others will groan when you read those words feeling the crush of duty, responsibility, time and people. Stop now and take a deep breath and think back to a time when you were much younger. A time when Christmas meant playing in the snow, perhaps hot apple cider, rosy cheeks, cozy fires and the comfort of family surrounding you. If you can think and remember an easier time then there is no reason you can’t have that now! Reconnect with those feelings and perceptions and make them your new and current reality. Take time out! Play in the snow…be that child again…filled with wonder and awe and the warmth and love of all that Christmas used to inspire in you. Remember that YOU and you alone create your reality, so make it warm and fun and loving at this special time of year. May the spirit of love and generosity fill you now and in the coming year.
