Please accept this as a letter of reference for RCC Graphic Designs. North America Construction (1993) Ltd. and NAC Constructors Ltd. hired RCC Graphic Designs to create a new website for us. We had a website already in existence which was not adequate for our business. It was evident that RCCGD was the right choice from the first time Rommel Caibal met with us. RCCGD made an effort right from the beginning to educate themselves as much as possible about our company, our goals, the way we do business, what we wanted to get out of our website, etc. From there, we met several times as the website was designed. Each time, RCCGD was willing to listen to our feedback and offer suggestions based on their extensive experience.
Our new website has resulted in an overwhelming response from the people we do business with, and people we are trying to recruit. We have heard only positive feedback regarding our website. It seems that everyone who visits it is impressed.
Since the website was created, we had so much success with the “online application†component, that we wanted to expand it further. Once again, RCCGD was there to make this happen. RCCGD has continued to provide us with outstanding customer service any time we need it.
The creativity and practicality shown by the RCCGD team has given NAC a website that is functional, easy to navigate, and impressive. The “admin (behind-the-scenes)†part of the website is equally as impressive. RCCGD is able to provide us with an enormous amount of data regarding who is visiting our website, why, from where, etc. This has proven to be very useful to us as well.
In short, we would not hesitate to recommend RCC Graphic Designs, and would use them again without hesitation.
